Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Free of damage or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return (optional but appreciated)

We will provide you with the return instructions.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened or used.
